The AMT has been created as part of our continued mission to increase the standard medical tattooing for the community.

AMT started in 2022 as a collective of professionals and tattoo artists whose careers and passions are focused on cancer survivor advocacy, implementing standards and guidelines to all who practice restorative tattooing, be a resource for the medical field, those in need of, protect and improve who receive medical tattoos.

Alliance of Medical Tattooing is an organization dedicated to advancing the standards and practices in the field of medical tattooing. Our mission is to promote the highest possible standards for safety, quality, and professionalism in this rapidly growing industry.

One of the most important ways that Alliance of Medical Tattooing can help improve tattoo standards and practices is by providing educational resources and build a community for medical tattoo artists.

We also provide ongoing support and guidance to our members, ensuring that they have access to the latest information and best practices in the field. By sharing our collective knowledge and expertise, we can help raise the bar for everyone in the industry.

In addition to education, Alliance of Medical Tattooing also advocates for strong regulations and ethical standards for medical tattooing. We work closely with legislators, policymakers, and other stakeholders to ensure that the industry is held to the highest possible standards and that patients are protected from unscrupulous or unqualified practitioners.

Ultimately, our goal is to help medical tattoo artists deliver the best possible care and outcomes for their patients. By promoting safety, quality, and professionalism, we can help improve the overall reputation and credibility of the field and ensure that patients receive the highest possible standards of care.
