Dr. Pankaj Tiwari・Board Certified Plastic Surgeon
Dr. Pankaj Tiwari is a board-certified plastic surgeon specializing in breast reconstruction with advanced microsurgical techniques. Aside from flap techniques, he is also well-versed in the surgical treatment of lymphedema. He balances science and art by providing safe, long-lasting but aesthetically-pleasing results for the breast, body, face, and skin. He is licensed by both the State Medical Board of Ohio and United States Medical Licensing Examination. Dr. Tiwari has more than 15 years of plastic surgery experience.

Dr. Jeffrey Cassisi- UCF Clinical Psychologist
Dr. Jeffrey E. Cassisi is a Professor and a member of the UCF Clinical Psychology Ph.D. program faculty. He obtained his Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology in 1987 from the University of Florida. He is licensed in the States of Florida and North Carolina. He has published over 60 articles and chapters in the areas of psychophysiology, health psychology, neuropsychology, pain rehabilitation and psychology training issues. In addition, he has over 75 conference presentations in those areas as well. Dr. Cassisi has served as ad hoc reviewer for several journals and he serves on the editorial board of Applied Psychophysiology and Biofeedback. Dr. Cassisi is a member of American Psychological Association. He teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in health psychology, cognitive assessment, and psychopathology. His current and future research priorities are to examine the influence of cultural factors in the practice of medicine and health psychology, and to combine his psychophysiological and multicultural interests into studies of pre-chronic and chronic disease.
Eric Eye is a tattoo artist of over 30 years. His skills in portrait painting and realistic tattooing led to a focus in restorative art for Medical Tattooing. His practice is based in Seattle, Washington US and also travels to bring this specialty to other areas of the country.

TJ Lopez ・ Peak Consulting Las Vegas
The Alliance of Medical Tattooing (AMT) is proud to welcome TJ Lopez as the newest member of our Advisory Board. TJ brings over a decade of experience in operations leadership, regulatory compliance, safety oversight, training, and program development within highly regulated environments, including work with a well-known U.S. tattoo ink manufacturer.
His background includes developing SOPs, safety programs, compliance documentation, staff training, and operational procedures focused on accountability, education, and industry standards. TJ’s expertise in regulatory processes, environmental responsibility, and public education strongly aligns with AMT’s mission to advance safety, professionalism, and ethical practices within medical tattooing.
We are honored to have TJ join the AMT Advisory Board and look forward to his contributions to the organization’s continued growth and educational initiatives.
Gina McNellis ・MA, RHIA, ODS-C, CHP Senior Director Global Registry Service
We are excited to welcome Gina McNellis as the newest AMT Gold Member and Advisory Board Member. With over 30 years of experience in health information management, Gina has dedicated much of her career to cancer registry, where she found her true passion. As an educator in cancer registry with the National Cancer Registry Association and a volunteer for the Florida Cancer Registry, Gina has long been committed to advancing cancer care and education. She also works with Omega Healthcare and has been involved in creating a portal for Indian students in global cancer registry efforts.
In 2023, Gina began exploring the field of medical tattooing and is eager to help bring awareness of its importance to cancer patients. Her goal in joining AMT is to increase recognition of medical tattooing within the National Cancer Registry Association (NCRA) and provide valuable information to cancer patients about the benefits of medical tattoos.
