TJ brings over a decade of experience in operations leadership, regulatory compliance, safety oversight, training, and program development within highly regulated environments, including work with a well-known U.S. tattoo ink manufacturer.
His background includes developing SOPs, safety programs, compliance documentation, staff training, and operational procedures focused on accountability, education, and industry standards. TJ’s expertise in regulatory processes, environmental responsibility, and public education strongly aligns with AMT’s mission to advance safety, professionalism, and ethical practices within medical tattooing.
